FAQ

Common Questions

What makes VOL.44 different from other poster shops?

Every design in our collection is created in-house — original retro-Japanese-advertising-style art you won’t find printed anywhere else. We’re not a marketplace curating other people’s work; each piece is ours from concept to print.

What paper do you print on?

189gsm museum-grade matte paper with archival pigment inks, for rich color and fine detail that holds up over time.

Will the colors fade over time?

Archival inks are designed for long-term color stability, so your poster stays vibrant on the wall for years, not just out of the tube.

Rolled or Framed — which should I choose?

Rolled ships flat in a protective tube if you want to frame it yourself or already have a frame in mind. Framed arrives ready to hang — solid wood in Black, White, or Wood, no extra shopping required.

How long does shipping take?

Every piece is made to order. Orders arrive within 7–14 business days from checkout, worldwide.

What if I’m not happy with my order?

You’ve got a 14-day return window from delivery for unused, undamaged prints in their original packaging.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Will the colors match exactly what I see on screen?

We do our best to keep colors true to the original design, but small variations can occur between your screen and the final print depending on your monitor settings.
